Inloggen
Waar kan ik inloggen?
Om in te loggen ga je rechtsboven in deze pagina naar “Inloggen”. Daar kies je de regio of het ziekenhuis waar je werkt. Dit zal een nieuwe tab openen.
Hoe log ik in als deelnemer aan vragenlijsten of om mijn rapport in te zien?
Alles dat je nodig hebt is je email adres. Er zal dan een “Magic link” per mail worden gestuurd. Door daarop te drukken kom je in je persoonlijke portaal. Daar vind je eventuele open uitnodigingen, je rapport(en) en kun je bij Profiel je gegevens inzien.
Hoe log ik in als beheerder?
Beheerders zijn de mensen die het systeem beheren. Dit kan zowel het beheren van de deelnemers als het beheren van de evaluaties zijn. Hiervoor heb je een email-adres en wachtwoord nodig. Om een account aan te vragen mail je met support@peritoprofessionalperformance.nl.
